Raw Cow’s Milk

Today was a good day at Stoke Newington farmer’s market as the dairy Hook & Son started selling raw cow’s milk, butter, cream and buttermilk.

I’ve been a fan of raw cow’s milk for a few months after reading about it in Sally Fallon’s Nourishing Traditions.

I love the taste of it and have noticed improvements in my digestion and  energy levels.

There is so much out there on the internet detailing the health benefits of raw milk (even sometimes for those people who have a real hard time with cow dairy).

For a comprehensive case for raw milk and against pasteurized visit realmilk.com

The owner of Hook and Sons’s was recently on the food program on Radio 4 talking about raw milk – click here for the link.
